You use Will when your plans are probablityes, for example "I will be president: You seré presidente", is something which you aren't sure. Meanwhile you use auxiliar To Be+ Going to when you are sure of something, for example "the next year I'm going to be older than right now: El proximo año yo sere mas viejo que en este momento".
