In the Simple Present you use as auxiliar do(I-You-We-They) and does(He-She-It), in the afirmative sentence you put an "s" or "es" to the verb when you use He She or It, in the negative form you use do not, don't or does not, doesn't and in the question the auxiliar (Do-Does) is in the firs place of  the question.
